Job Description

A leading technology company in the architectural services industry is seeking a customer support professional to provide exceptional service to clients using our AI-powered SaaS platform for architectural layout planning and visualization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inbound client communications, providing timely and accurate responses.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates on project progress.
  3. Build strong client relationships and establish trust through effective communication and issue resolution.
  4. Analyze project information, requesting clarification or additional details as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  5. Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email, ensuring seamless platform usage.
  6. Troubleshoot platform issues, reporting technical problems to relevant teams and keeping clients informed of resolution status.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
  2. Experience working with global clients.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
  4. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Additionally, proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is a plus.
