We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at IWG plc.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded in a timely and professional manner.
You will work closely with our customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a positive community within our center. Your primary focus will be on administering and supporting our customers' needs, allowing them to focus on running their businesses effectively.
A Typical Day
Your day will be filled with variety, as you assist customers with tasks such as WiFi code changes, package delivery, and setting up meeting rooms. You will also ensure that all services are properly charged, leading to accurate invoices.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be involved in organizing networking events, collaborating with colleagues to find solutions to complex problems, and continuously improving our customer experience.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong professional relationships, and empathize with customers' needs. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Additionally, you should be proactive, adaptable, and confident in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
