About the Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join our team in Santiago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Technical proficiency with call center software and CRM tools.
Working Conditions

This is a 100% on-site position in Santiago, Chile. The working hours will be rotating shifts from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
