Main Tasks: Your responsibilities will include conducting regular business reviews to assess customer health, align on goals, and showcase the value of our solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer success.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related field in a SaaS or technology company. A strong understanding of CRM tools and customer success platforms is also required, as well as excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
