Job Overview

Pentasia is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our iGaming business development efforts in the Latam region. This is a unique opportunity to join a prominent content provider and drive growth across various jurisdictions.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or commercial B2C roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products, as well as relevant legislation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the iGaming space, fostering strong relationships with senior management and aligning with their business strategies to support and monetize effectively.
  2. Understand and define customer requirements to sell new products in a consultative manner, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Act as a Product Expert for current and future offerings, confidently discussing and demonstrating our solutions to clients.
  4. Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and formal introductions. Guide customers through the sales cycle to conversion.
  5. Create and manage a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with the Head of Business Development, coordinating with internal teams to convert leads into customers.
  6. Develop and propose profitable commercial arrangements based on business needs and customer requirements.
  7. Provide regular updates to the business on customer progress throughout the sales cycle.
  8. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences, conducting product demonstrations and developing strategies to secure new business.
  9. Expand market presence in various jurisdictions, advising on products, marketing strategies, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience in iGaming and sales, with a background in online B2B sales, account management, or commercial B2C roles.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Numbers-driven with a strong emphasis on financial performance.
  4. Ability to negotiate effectively to benefit the business.
  5. Extensive network of C-level contacts in the gambling sector.
  6. In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products, as well as relevant legislation.
  7. Experience in creating and implementing regional or global sales strategies.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
