Regional Sales Director for iGaming Solutions

Job Overview
Pentasia is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our iGaming business development efforts in the Latam region. This is a unique opportunity to join a prominent content provider and drive growth across various jurisdictions.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or commercial B2C roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products, as well as relevant legislation.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the iGaming space, fostering strong relationships with senior management and aligning with their business strategies to support and monetize effectively.
- Understand and define customer requirements to sell new products in a consultative manner, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Act as a Product Expert for current and future offerings, confidently discussing and demonstrating our solutions to clients.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and formal introductions. Guide customers through the sales cycle to conversion.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with the Head of Business Development, coordinating with internal teams to convert leads into customers.
- Develop and propose profitable commercial arrangements based on business needs and customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the business on customer progress throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences, conducting product demonstrations and developing strategies to secure new business.
- Expand market presence in various jurisdictions, advising on products, marketing strategies, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in iGaming and sales, with a background in online B2B sales, account management, or commercial B2C roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Numbers-driven with a strong emphasis on financial performance.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to benefit the business.
- Extensive network of C-level contacts in the gambling sector.
- In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products, as well as relevant legislation.
- Experience in creating and implementing regional or global sales strategies.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
