Sales Role Summary

This Strategic Regional Sales Director role drives B2B revenue growth by managing direct sales and overseeing reseller partnerships across Latam. You'll play a key part in expanding our market presence, leveraging existing deployments to identify new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving B2B revenue growth through direct sales and reseller partnerships across Latam.
  • Leveraging existing deployments at regional clients to expand Proto's solutions.
  • Cross-selling or upselling Proto across multiple use cases beyond customer experience.
  • Navigating long sales processes and complex client ecosystems in financial, government, and healthcare sectors.
  • Managing resellers, channel partners, and regional distribution networks to ensure alignment with company sales objectives.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management roles within B2B SaaS industry, preferably in AI-driven customer experience (AICX) solutions.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through both direct sales efforts and reseller management.
  3. Strong understanding of sales cycles in financial, government, and healthcare sectors, with ability to navigate long sales processes and complex client ecosystems.
  4. Experience with managing resellers, channel partners, and regional distribution networks, ensuring alignment with company sales objectives.
  5. Ability to leverage existing deployments at regional clients to expand Proto's solutions.
  6. Ability to cross-sell or upsell Proto across multiple use cases beyond customer experience.
  7. Demonstrated proficiency in consultative selling techniques, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  8. Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast sales, measure KPIs, and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
  9. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions to C-level executives.
  10. Ability to speak Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
