We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Region Manager for our LATAM region to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing direct sales and overseeing reseller partnerships across the region, building on our existing deployments to expand our market presence.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region.
  2. Manage relationships with regional resellers and ensure alignment with company sales objectives.
  3. Leverage existing deployments at regional clients to expand Proto's solutions.
  4. Cross-sell or upsell Proto across multiple use cases beyond customer experience.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management roles within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through both direct sales efforts and reseller management.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles in the financial, government, and healthcare sectors.
  • Experience with managing resellers, channel partners, and regional distribution networks.
