Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead the rollout efforts for our Digital Customer Success (DCS) platform in the LATAM region. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure successful implementation across various customer locations.
- Develop and execute customer onboarding plans to ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
- Train and support customers in product and process adoption, embedding value realization, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Operational Team to coordinate customer education, change management, and field support.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordinating activities across different teams remotely.
- Strong training and support skills, with expertise in achieving customer delight through interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with customers from varied cultural and economic backgrounds.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain implementation roles, with a focus on customer success and adoption.
