Consult with prospects regarding their business challenges and requirements, presenting various options and associated benefits. Maintain a high level of industry knowledge to engage in meaningful discussions with prospects. Collaborate effectively across departments. Work alongside technical staff and product specialists to address customer needs. Build strong partnerships with channel and partner companies to deliver comprehensive solutions. Manage renewal contract opportunities and ensure high renewal rates for your assigned accounts. Negotiate contract values and terms directly with clients. Identify business initiatives and challenges, linking them to Liferay solutions. Develop and maintain strategic account plans that highlight opportunities for Liferay to deliver value. Provide sales forecasts based on best-case and most likely scenarios. Represent the company positively in the marketplace through professional conduct. Required Qualifications Proven experience in selling enterprise-level software solutions (Content Management, ERP, CRM, eBusiness, and/or eCommerce applications) to Fortune 1000 and Mid-Market Enterprise accounts. Demonstrated success in prospecting and generating leads independently. Ability to cultivate executive-level client relationships and understand their business needs. Exceptional prioritization and time management skills. A proactive sales approach focused on acquiring new business. A solution-oriented mindset emphasizing value and ROI over features. Understanding of the dynamics of working in small teams to achieve significant objectives. Basic knowledge of technical environments relevant to Liferay's products. Foundational understanding of IT operations. Excellent presentation capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
