Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our client-facing sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of influencing C-level executives and building strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Account Management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto industries.
Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of ad sales managers to achieve revenue objectives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
  • Analyze client performance and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to optimize revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements and Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in media sales with a strong track record of influencing C-level executives and building strategic partnerships.
  • 3+ years of team and people management experience with a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of ad tech partners' structure, economics, processes, roles, clients, etc.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex business situations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
