We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the effective use of technology tools and prospecting models. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Managing a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring the effective use of technology tools and prospecting models to optimize sales processes.
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results.
- Monitoring the performance of sales team members and providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Requirements for the Executive Sales Director position include:
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and develop sales team members.
- Knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as sales enablement tools like Apolo.
- Willingness to travel and attend seminars.
The salary for this position is $2000 per month, plus commission on the performance of your sales team.
