- Managing opportunities and using CRM for account planning.
- Implementing the CommScope Sales Methodology.

- Completing call-out campaigns and cold calling outbound clients.
- Overcoming objections of prospective customers.
- Developing sales opportunities by researching potential prospects.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities.
- Maintaining and expanding our database via D365 and SFDC.
- Ensuring follow-up with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in English and Spanish Language (written and spoken).
- 6 months previous B2B selling experience in similar area.

- Sales experience in similar industry.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show innovation through outstanding ideas and propose them to the team.
- Are willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.

- Are self-motivated and driven to succeed.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000-$100,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
