Job Summary:This is a critical role in providing top-notch IT support for the global end-user community, including remote workers. The ideal candidate will have strong professional verbal and written English communication skills, proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Bitlocker, and Defender ATP, as well as Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Virtual Desktops) and Mac OSX.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for the global end-user community, including device support and deployment, lifecycle management, end-user training, collaboration services, and administration of other business applications.
- Assist in deploying new services within assigned project teams.
- Work with the service security team to ensure that all end-user devices are compliant.
- Manage assets for new joiners and leavers in LATAM regions, including maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Associate's degree in computer science or communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills are a must.
- At least two years of experience in End User Support.
- Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Bitlocker, and Defender ATP, as well as Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Virtual Desktops) and Mac OSX.
- Knowledge of Office 365 environment, including Email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Familiarity with the deployment of smartphones (Android/iOS).
- Strong training development skills, communicating complex technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.
- Able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
