The Account Director Enterprise is a pivotal role. You will develop and implement a comprehensive account plan and strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment.
You have the unique challenge of understanding our customers' and industry needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting and/or exceeding goals including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
- Managing forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
- Managing the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
- Ensuring and enabling the highest levels of professionalism.
- Selling and promoting Genesys products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
- Building a relationship with key players in customer accounts and Business Partners.
- Becoming a trusted advisor on Genesys products/solutions to meet the needs of customer accounts.
- Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize revenue.
- Conducting weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
- Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
- +8 years sales experience within technology industry. SaaS platforms and specialized in CX.
- Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement.
- Results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated track record in software sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education.
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
- Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and market rates.
