The Role

The Chief Revenue Growth Strategist will lead the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Build strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer retention
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Experience in B2B sales and closing complex deals

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
