Oversee Client Solutions

The Chief Crew Accommodation Strategist will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that all delivery functions are consistent and aligned with achieving our client's success.

As a key member of our team, you will utilize your proven management skills to mentor staff, foster teamwork assignments, and facilitate strategic initiatives on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers/Directors to ensure exemplary performance for the client.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting departments to raise, consolidate, and prioritize requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to implementation.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to coordinate project details.
  • Provide organization, direction, and coordination for business reviews and client-specific initiatives.
  • Cultivate talent within the team through coaching, identifying areas for growth, and providing regular feedback.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Established experience in the travel industry, preferably working closely with hotels.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field, plus leadership/management experience.
  • Strong judgment and leadership skills, with ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires frequent use of standard office equipment.
