Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to lead our sales team in Chile and drive the transformation of our sales culture towards a high-performance standard.

The Role:
  • Drive the transformation of the current sales culture towards a high-performance standard.
  • Organize and structure the department to continuously improve customer service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performance teams. They will be responsible for defining, validating, and communicating sales objectives, budgets, and forecasts by sector and industry to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define the company's positioning, identify market trends, and detect growth opportunities based on market studies.
  2. Participate in negotiating commercial agreements and respond to strategic tenders.
  3. Manage commercial disputes with customers, suppliers, or distributors, fostering 'win/win' solutions.
  4. Collaborate with technical and legal departments to define offers and contracts.
  5. Ensure timely credit collection and manage overdue accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in technical product sales.
  • Experience in team and project management.
  • Availability to travel 40%.
