The Global CX Strategy Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Genesys' Enterprise segment. This critical position involves developing comprehensive account plans and strategies to maximize customer needs and drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products.

This role requires a deep understanding of customers' and industry needs, as well as strategic objectives, to identify opportunities for Genesys to deliver exceptional value. The successful candidate will act as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to ensure the right teams are aligned to deliver the best customer experiences. Effective coordination with Business Partners is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed goals for revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Oversee the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
  • Represent Genesys positively to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
  • Resolve escalated sales-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate significant issues and accomplishments to key customers, business partners, and executives.
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of sale.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key players in customer accounts and Business Partners.
  • Penetrate customer accounts as needed or in coordination with Business Partners at all levels and subsidiaries.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
  • Accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
  • Assist in developing short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Regularly interact with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
  • Influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience within the technology industry, with expertise in SaaS platforms and CX.
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement.
  • A 'High Energy', results-oriented achiever with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
  • Able to represent the company at senior executive levels.
  • Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
