Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director - Traditional Channel will oversee all relationships with distributors, focusing on Manager and Director-level interactions. This role involves leading a team of Region Managers who supervise sales, execution, and trade marketing affairs in the assigned territory.

We are seeking a goal-oriented, revenue-driven individual who can establish strong relationships at various business levels and environments, developing and driving a growth-focused sales strategy.

About the Role:
  • Main focus on distributor management relationship building, strategy creation, engagement, and execution.
  • Train and coach direct reports and TDMs on Monster brand and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships/joint business planning/reviews with Distributor.
  • Co-Manage Marketing and Trade Marketing Plans.
  • Fully proficient in budget allocation and control of DME expenses, including Modern Trade, providing detailed reports as needed.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with distributors' senior management.
  • Maximize sales and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through local and national sales programs.
  • Develop and manage partnerships to drive improved performance.
  • Create customized sales incentives to drive sales and engagement among distributor's sales reps.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Six to ten years of sales experience in a retail, broker, or distributor sales environment.
  • Deep knowledge of The Coca-Cola System.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing.
  • Proven knowledge of broker, distributor, and retail customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships and credibility with customers and brokers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and expense management skills.
  • Able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS, and Inventory reports.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Full proficiency in English.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
