We are looking for a talented Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team at Michael Page Internacional Ltda. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for elaborating account plans for key customers, identifying customer growth plans, and managing organizational charts and player maps for networking development.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Planning:
- Develop and implement account plans to standardize and deploy strategy, focusing on account planning and selling methodology.
- Manage annual budgets for accounts development and allocate resources for OPEX opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of target markets, competitors' offerings, market dynamics, and trends.
- Advanced analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Ability to structure complex business problems logically.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others.
- Project Management skills to designate available resources effectively.
- Professional communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to apply consolidated marketing and selling methodologies.
- Customer-centered approach.
