Job Title: Strategic Accounts Manager

We are looking for a talented Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team at Michael Page Internacional Ltda. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for elaborating account plans for key customers, identifying customer growth plans, and managing organizational charts and player maps for networking development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Planning:
  • Develop and implement account plans to standardize and deploy strategy, focusing on account planning and selling methodology.
  • Manage annual budgets for accounts development and allocate resources for OPEX opportunities.
Sales Approach:Promote and deploy a project life cycle selling approach to consolidate long-term relationships and improve profitability in target accounts.

Communication:Deploy an effective communication plan to ensure alignment with local and global teams, improving synergies and meeting strategic goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of target markets, competitors' offerings, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Advanced analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to structure complex business problems logically.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others.
  • Project Management skills to designate available resources effectively.
  • Professional communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to apply consolidated marketing and selling methodologies.
  • Customer-centered approach.
