In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to propose and negotiate payment agreements, reconcile differences or conflicts, and provide direction and leadership to repossession, recovery, or legal efforts.
You will also be responsible for developing and making recommendations for improvements to existing processes, policies, procedures, standards, and measures.
