Job Overview:

Xiaomi Technology is a leading global technology company seeking an exceptional Key Account Growth Manager to join its sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow key accounts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales goals and market share objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the consumer electronics or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in Spanish & English
