We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at InterSystems. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and fostering long-term business relationships with our customers and partners.
You will be expected to:
- Develop and expand customer and partner relationships to drive sales of InterSystems solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the political and organizational structure of targeted and assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between InterSystems and partner or customer accounts.
- Manage, escalate, and resolve technical or contractual issues.
- Build a pipeline of new business opportunities within and outside the existing customer base.
- Understand the competitive landscape and how InterSystems fits into a total enterprise solution.
- Coordinate internal resources to educate and equip Business Partners with necessary information for success.
- Meet with senior executives (CEO, VP Development, CTO, CIO) regularly to identify strategic and tactical opportunities, detailing critical challenges.
- Represent InterSystems at conferences to promote the company's solutions.
