This position reports to
Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes and guidelines. Each day, you will support more complex technical support cases. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. The work model for the role is hybrid, contributing to the Motion business area in Santiago, Chile. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Identifying opportunities (while supporting customers) to address any additional concerns and reporting those opportunities to the account team through local business processes.
- Categorizing technical issues and analyzing them through communication with customers and remote connections to assets for a large range of services and products for which they are certified to perform.
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be acknowledged by the customer representative.
- Recognizing improvement needs in the ways of working and potential solutions for them and the products in question and driving improvement actions in their own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing equipment, particularly ABB equipment, with more than 5 years of expertise in drives and electric motors.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of IT tools: Excel and Power BI.
- You are at ease communicating in intermediate to advanced English.
- You are passionate about communication and collaboration and are willing to travel to field locations (40% of the time).
