About the Role

Our B2B suite of products has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we are searching for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative who thrives in a team environment and is a natural day-to-day doer.

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, closing, and implementing our solution to SMB companies. You will have the chance to be part of the next growth engine for Uber and truly grow inside this outstanding team, full of incredible people who will make this journey a remarkable professional and personal experience.

This is a hybrid role, with our team collaborating in-person out of our office in Santiago City 2-3 days a week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire so.

What You'll Do
  1. Pitch, sell, and negotiate the newest product in the U4B portfolio to diverse decision makers inside SMB companies in every industry for Chile.
  2. Prospect new leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  3. Hit bi-annual and quarter targets (quota carrying role).
  4. Construct, forecast, and run your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
  5. Develop your sales skills: Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment with customers.
  6. Work with a unique multifunctional team inside one of our most important lines of business.
  7. Contribute on building and developing a new U4B product launch in the region.
  8. Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing, etc.
  9. Create documents like process playbooks, performance trackers, etc. to help the team scale efficiently.

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Need
  1. 2+ years of B2B experience, with at least 1 year in an Account Executive role or equivalent. SaaS experience is a plus.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  3. Proficiency in English.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
  6. Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with high volume and under pressure typical of SMB sales.
  7. Proficiency in pipeline management, sales techniques, prioritization, and setting clear expectations.
  8. Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  9. To be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environment, working with high pressure and high expectations.
  10. Resilience, adaptability, proactivity, taking care of ambiguity, and a can-do attitude.
  11. Creativity, organization, and process-orientation to simultaneously handle hundreds of prospects.
