Job Overview

Epiroc Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized marketing plans to increase market share and profitability.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as their main point of contact within the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and develop strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management roles, preferably in industries such as mining, heavy machinery, or industrial solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage long-term relationships and multiple stakeholders.
