HR Profile, consultora especializada en reclutamiento y selección de profesionales, se encuentra en búsqueda de un **Business Development Partner** para integrar a nuestro equipo.
**El objetivo** de esta posición es ampliar la cartera de clientes, contarás con el apoyo en prospección en frío, apoyo del área comercial y de marketing, siendo el foco del rol participar de reuniones y aportar en la visión estratégica-comercial.
**Dentro de las principales funciones destacan**:
- Prospectar y cerrar propuestas comerciales
- Buscar mecanismos y canales que permitan ampliar la cartera de clientes.
- Participar de reuniones comerciales de post venta
- Preparación de propuestas comerciales.
- Seguimiento y reporte en CRM de las propuestas.
- Generación de NPS de satisfacción clientes.
**Nuestra búsqueda está orientada a**:
- Profesionales con experiência comprobada en roles comerciales para empresas de servicios en recursos humanos.
- Ideal contar con al menos dos años de experiência en el rol.
- Perfiles dinámicos, orientados a objetivos, autónomos, con espíritu comercial.
**Dentro de los requisitos técnicos se destaca**:
- Experiência con CRM
- Experiência con ATS
- Excel intermedio
