**About Cat Financial**
**JOB SUMMARY **:Control, review, and automate the collection processes to maintain the portfolio's health. This position includes taking preventive actions in the early stages of delinquency (0 to 30 days past due) to prevent the customer from being reported due to payment delinquency.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Improving collection processes to reduce manual work and errors.
- Overseeing and controlling suspense, late charges, miscellaneous and off-system items.
- Utilizing advanced computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Creating dashboards to provide accurate and real-time information about key performance indicators, customer payment history, and account status.
- Reviewing, standardizing, and automating collection communications with customers to ensure periodic and accurate information is sent to them.
- Oversee the specified portfolio buckets and take all necessary actions to meet the company's targets.

**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
**Customer Interaction**:Knowledge of the principles and techniques of communicating with a customer; ability to utilize tools and techniques for customer interaction
**Knowledge of a Specific Customer Support Function**:Knowledge of tools and methods of providing support to customer and ability to assist customers with a specific type of support.
**Problem Management Process (TCS)**:Knowledge of the problem management process; ability to follow through a problem management process and bring a reported problem to a successful resolution.
**Data Gathering & Analysis**:Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business administration or equivalent degree desired. English Advanced
