Tenemos grandes desafíos, ya contamos con oficinas en Chile, Perú y México, y cada día tenemos más usuarios alrededor del mundo, en todos los países, todos los idiomas y a toda hora Poder atender un público así de grande es, además de muy entretenido y desafiante, una gran oportunidad para crecer, aprender y desarrollarse profesionalmente.Actualmente buscamos a una persona motivada, metódica, comprometida y súper orientada al cliente para que se una a nuestro equipo como** Customer**Onboarding Specialist.** Será el o la responsable de garantizar que el **proceso de implementación** de nuestro software CaseTracking a los clientes ocurra de la manera más efectiva y en el mejor tiempo posible.
**Funciones del cargo**:
Como Customer Onboarding Specialist, serás parte del equipo de Clientes y el/la encargado/a de asegurar la mejor **experiência** frente al **cliente externo**, **introduciéndolo y capacitándolo** en el uso de la plataforma al inicio y siempre que se requiera. Trabajarás de la mano de los equipos de Customer Success y de Account Executive, y tu rol es clave ya que marcarás la **primera experiência** de los clientes con nosotros.

- Ejecución de** capacitaciones**:
- Incentivar la **usabilidad** de nuestros nuevos clientes
- Acompañamiento y ejecución de proyectos de **mejora**
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Excel intermedio
- Google Workspace
- Implementación de software
- Capacitaciones y vocación de servicio al cliente
- Disfrutar de las relaciones interpersonales y el trabajo en equipo
- Tener la capacidad de autogestión y ser proactivo
- Manejo efectivo de relaciones con clientes

- Deseable manejo de **Hubspot** u otro CRM, nível usuario.
