Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda del el/la próximo/a Analista Customer Experience quien tendrá como misión aportar en el diseño del modelo de experiências de clientes y en la implementación de mejoras relacionadas con la experiência tradicional y digital de los cliente de cada mercado.
Algunas de sus funciones serán...
- Apoyar en la captación y monitoreo de la voz del cliente mediante las diferentes herramientas definidas (Ej: Benchmark, Pulsos, EPAs, etc).
- Apoyar en la gestión de mejora individual del sistema, participando de la planificación y seguimiento de instancias de profundización con clientes.
- Colaborar en la gestión de mejora estructural, apoyando en la recopilación y análisis de información para comités de experiência.
- Apoyar en el Rediseño de viajes de clientes, en la Implementación de Quick Wins y en la creación de protocolos de comunicación con clientes.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Formación: Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Comercial o afín.
- Experiência deseable de 1 año en cargos en áreas comerciales, ventas, experiência clientes, productos o proyectos.
- Inglés: Medio
**Te esperamos REQUISITOS Estudios mínimos**: Universitaria Carreras: Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial Requisitos Minimos: -Titulado de Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Comercial
