Objetivo del cargo:
Como Business Development, el objetivo principal será llevar todo el procedimiento comercial dentro de los plazos que correspondan e impulsar ventas y el crecimiento estratégico de la organización mediante la identificación, desarrollo y gestión de oportunidades de negocio en el ámbito de las inversiones.
Funciones:
- Realizar una lectura diaria para mantenerse actualizado sobre el mercado inmobiliario y las noticias relevantes.
- Revisar la agenda diaria para identificar las asesorías programadas y los clientes que requieren seguimiento.
- Mantener actualizada la información de los clientes en el sistema CRM.
- Gestionar correos electrónicos, atendiendo consultas de clientes, siguiendo leads y coordinando detalles de ventas con colegas y proveedores.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las políticas comerciales de las distintas inmobiliarias.
- Asistir a las capacitaciones regulares para recibir información sobre nuevo stock, noticias relevantes, técnicas de venta y actualizaciones sobre procesos bancarios e inmobiliarios.
- Llevar a cabo todos los pasos del proceso comercial en caso de que un cliente decida reservar una propiedad.
- Trabajar hacia el logro de metas mensuales establecidas por la empresa, enfocándose en cerrar ventas dentro de los plazos establecidos y maximizando la eficiencia en el proceso de ventas.

- Carrera de Ingeniería Comercial
- Experiencia desde 2 años en áreas comerciales
- Experiencia en industria de inversiones o similar
- Experiencia trabajando con CRM (HubSpot idealmente)
