Proporcionar el liderazgo y la gestión de las cuentas que se le asignen, combinando las tácticas y estratégicas necesarias para maximizar el contenido de productos y soluciones del negocio de PWS de Emerson.

En este rol tus responsabilidades serán:

Promover la venta de sistemas de control distribuido (DCS) en la industria de generación de Energía y agua, maximizando el contenido de todas las divisiones de la compañía en las cuentas asignadas. Combinar y utilizar las estrategias de diferenciación, segmentación de productos y Precios que permitan balancear y maximizar tanto la rentabilidad como los volúmenes de venta de sus cuentas asignadas. Adoptar y liderar la implementación de Venta de Soluciones en proyectos relacionado a la empresa EPC como el cliente final. Desarrollar y mantener actualizado los mapas de relacionamiento de sus cuentas asignadas, identificando los roles principales, así como también contactos clave a desarrollar. Articular el desarrollo del C-Level de sus cuentas con los lineamientos de la compañía, según corresponda. Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de la base instalada de la compañía y de la competencia en sus cuentas asignadas. Preparación del funnel y forecast mensual. Actualizar CRM de manera semanal y presentar a su management. Ayudar al equipo de marketing con la planificación de campañas y actividades, así como con la ejecución Armado y exposición de Opportunity Reviews para Go/no-Go en Proyectos estratégicos de sus cuentas.  Asesoramiento a clientes sobre soluciones propuestas. Para aquellas soluciones en donde no posea un acabado conocimiento técnico, deberá articular y gestionar la participación de los especialistas de la Unidad de Negocio correspondientes. Responsable de visitar clientes y construir relaciones sólidas con los mismos, obtener información comercial clave en forma temprana, entender sus organizaciones, preocupaciones, dolores, planes y criterios de compra. Se espera que esté del 70% del tiempo enfocado a atender a sus clientes y con los pies en la calle, o de manera virtual, según sea posible. Capacidad de hablar con cualquier cliente, EPC, OEM de toda la cartera de productos, para lo cual deberá de participar de los entrenamientos que se le asignen. Atender todo entrenamiento de carácter obligatorio dispuesto por la compañía, como ser los relacionados a Trade Compliance y toda temática relacionada a cumplimiento de normativa legal y/o corporativa, pudiendo además ser referente en dichos temas si así se le requiera.

Para este rol se necesita:

Ingeniero Eléctrico, Mecánico, Electromecánico, Industrial o afín Experiencia de 3+ años en la industria de generación eléctrica Conocimiento en ventas de productos y servicios en la industria de Energía. Experiencia en proyectos de gran escala en la industria de energía Conocimiento de PLC, DCS, y SCADA  Deseable conocimiento en la industria de generación de energía y sistemas de potencia Proactividad, Habilidades de Negociación y fuerte Orientación a Resultados Ingles Intermedio / Avanzado Disponibilidad para viajar (hasta 50% del tiempo)
