Estamos en búsqueda de **Account Business Leader**

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar conocimiento de las características del mercado de consultoría, desarrollo, outsourcing de TI, tendencias claves, principales clientes, competidores, y el posicionamiento competitivo de NEORIS.
- Desarrollar una comprensión sólida de la oferta de NEORIS de tal manera que demuestre de forma efectiva el valor agregado a las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad.
- Apoyar y llevar a cabo las iniciativas estratégicas de planeación de cuenta para la práctica o región.
- Llevar a cabo el rol de administración de cuenta en cuentas medianas a grandes, asegurando el cumplimiento con el proceso IBAT cuando se requiera. Manejar tres responsabilidades principales: Desarrollo de Negocios, Administración del Cliente, y Administración de Entrega.
- Establecer relaciones sólidas con las posiciones de management en las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad
- Liderar el proceso de solución y propuestas de proyectos en cuentas bajo su responsabilidad, tomando ventaja de las líneas de servicio de la industria nacional, línea de servicio nearshore, alianzas, y organizaciones de la industria para el mejor interés de los clientes de NEORIS.
- Ser responsable y mantenerse al tanto de la entrega de las actividades del proyecto y participar directamente
- Asegurar el cumplimiento contractual, así como monitorear el reporte apropiado de estos al cliente y al equipo ejecutivo de NEORIS.
- Construir y alcanzar objetivos de ingresos y ganancias dentro de su alcance de responsabilidad.
- Identificar y construir relaciones con socios críticos requeridos, para asegurar el alineamiento de la oferta de NEORIS con las tendencias más vanguardistas del mercado y las necesidades del cliente.
- Relacionamiento y mantenimiento de cuentas existente y creación de nuevos logos
- Experiência comprobable de por lo menos siete (7) años en roles similares
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida, en Santiago de Chile
- Nível de inglés avanzado (Deseable)
