Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage tools for scheduling and monitoring services in workshops nationwide.
- Support incident resolution through data analysis and tool implementation.
- Optimize customer experience-enhancing tools and processes.
- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and propose concrete actions for improvement.
- Establish action plans with dealers and supervise their execution.
- Train dealers on tool usage and customer service best practices.
- Generate and report regular indicators and KPIs.
- Update dashboards and tracking reports.
- Meet regional objectives and participate in audit processes.
- Provide comprehensive support for after-sales customer experience matters.
- Visit dealerships to ensure correct process implementation.
- Graduate professional degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Experience or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or similar data analysis tools.
