Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team as Customer Experience Design Lead - LATAM. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for leading design efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop world-class products that meet the needs of our users.

Your primary focus will be on designing end-user and admin experiences that enable our users to deliver exceptional service to their customers in Front. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms
  • A portfolio of design projects that demonstrate refined UX and UI skills and holistic system thinking
  • Experience working with, building and maintaining clean design system documentation
  • Low ego and an eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent work environment
  • Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Strong English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication
