Customer Success Expert

CHEP, a global leader in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our Digital Customer Success (DCS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our digital solutions across various customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout efforts on the field for a successful implementation of DCS at customer locations, in coordination with the Digital Operational Team.
- Support initial onboarding of users to the platform, train users for product and process adoption, coordinate user education, embedment, value realization, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers, hardware technicians, technical support teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 5 years in supply chain implementation roles, with expertise in coordinating activities across different teams remotely.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, with a focus on achieving customer delight through interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and sharp business acumen.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service, assuring software/hardware functionalities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
