Technical Support Operations Specialist

Caterpillar is a leading manufacturer of heavy machinery and equipment. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Operations Specialist to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description:The Technical Support Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional technical support and services. This includes working closely with our dealer network to address customer inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical service needs and problems in assigned discipline/district.
- Perform complex analysis work to identify and resolve strategic problems.
- Implement performance gap solutions to improve technical support operations.
- Consult with dealers on process improvement methods and assist with process evaluation and participation in Caterpillar improvement programs.
- Apply knowledge of products, technology, industry, and product support to meet Caterpillar, dealer, and customer expectations and needs.
- Analyze and report on commercial impact of product problems to advise on existing and potential customer service issues and improvement measures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in customer support, preferably in construction, mining, or technology industries.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product functionalities.
- English language proficiency.
