Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our Field Service agents, coordinating with technical focals, and participating in quality team interlocks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Field Service agents with technical escalations to resolve critical customer issues.
  • Coordinate with technical focals to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Participate in quality team interlocks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and negotiate Action Plans with customers and channels.
  • Replicate and resolve technical issues.
  • Publish and share knowledge with technical leaders.
  • Communicate effectively with teams in North America.

Requirements

  • Experience in the tech industry.
  • Technical expertise, preferably with PC experience.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Systems Engineering degree or related field.
