Customer Support Specialist, Portuguese Language Expert

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Monitor and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Translate content into multiple languages to support our global client base
- Manage pending applications and requests from clients
- Request and verify client documents as required
- Collaborate with the Compliance department to resolve tasks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Portuguese (C1-C2 or native)
- Strong knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
- Forex knowledge (desirable but not mandatory)
- Spanish language skills (desirable but not mandatory)
