Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Monitor and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Translate content into multiple languages to support our global client base
  • Manage pending applications and requests from clients
  • Request and verify client documents as required
  • Collaborate with the Compliance department to resolve tasks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Portuguese (C1-C2 or native)
  • Strong knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
  • Forex knowledge (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Spanish language skills (desirable but not mandatory)
