About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide on-site or remote clinical support in the areas of case coverage, troubleshooting, scheduling, and patient follow-up for our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals and patients in the use of our medical devices
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical support strategies
- Conduct educational sessions and training programs for healthcare professionals and patients
Requirements
- University studies related to health or a related field
- Relevant experience in healthcare or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency (intermediate level)
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of client portfolio management
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
