Key Responsibilities
- On-site IT Support
- Manage and maintain a wide range of devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and MAC devices.
- Provide technical support for networks and servers, ensuring seamless connectivity and data integrity.
- IMAC and Break-Fix Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot devices and software, as well as perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Support in Meeting Rooms
- Offer expert technical support for devices in conference rooms, ensuring a seamless and productive experience for our teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing, installing, and maintaining devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, Android tablets, and mobile devices.
- Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site support teams to resolve service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Extensive experience with the Service Now tool, including registration, management, and reporting of incidents.
- Excellent end-user support skills, assertive communication, and VIP users' treatment.
- Mastery of the English language, with conversational and written proficiency.
