Position Summary:

The Senior Region Manager at Monster Energy Company will lead a team of sales professionals focused on delivering exceptional results in the Traditional Channel. This individual will be responsible for managing key distributor relationships, creating and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, and developing a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Traditional Trade and The Coca-Cola System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Traditional Channel.
  • Manage and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute trade marketing plans.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including budget allocation and report generation.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of sales experience in a retail, broker, or distributor sales environment.
  • Proven track record in sales management with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of The Coca-Cola System.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and brokers.
