Regional Sales Director, LATAM Markets

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Pure CP markets in LATAM. This role involves driving sustainable growth by managing and leading strategic partners (distributors) in the region, formulating competitive commercial strategies, and ensuring exceptional performance against internal & external metrics.
Responsibilities- Full P&L responsibility and accountability for Pure CP markets in LATAM, driving exceptional performance against internal & external metrics.
- Formulate and execute competitive commercial strategies that align with Cardinal Health's international directives to achieve short and long-term revenue growth.
- Successfully achieve multiple new product launches with associated metrics, incorporating deep customer, competitor & environmental insights.
- Hire, develop, and retain talent, developing a robust pipeline of diverse leaders with skills to succeed in a complex and dynamic marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical/health care industry.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Experience working in some of the countries within the LATAM Region.
- Demonstrates a high level of alignment to Cardinal Health's Core Values with unquestioned ethics and integrity.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and market conditions. If you are a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.
