As a Sales and Growth Media Expert at Topsort, you will work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota, demonstrating relentless focus and "hunter energy" to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market. You will generate pipeline from industry connections, outbound activities, LinkedIn outreach, or more.
This role requires you to be a subject matter expert: know everything about Topsort's products, retail media market landscape, and stay on top of industry trends as you will be speaking with knowledgeable customers. You will also act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product team and working closely with the founders to perfect and improve the product.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor, 3+ years of experience in sales, or background in consulting, product management, with a proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer-facing role. You should have startup hustle and speed, being able to work hard, move fast, and adjust to a dynamic environment.
Topsort offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location, which includes Santiago, Buenos Aires, or Mexico City.
