Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for digital media and a knack for building strong relationships with clients? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to join our team at Aleph Holding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in key industries such as CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of ad sales managers, providing coaching, training, and guidance to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Manage the sales process from initial pitch to close, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes, including annual planning, budget prioritization, and impact measurement.
  • Regularly consult with local and regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product positioning and engagement in their markets.

Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in media sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • 3+ years of team and people management experience, with a proven ability to develop and coach sales professionals.
  • Deep understanding of ad tech partners' structure, economics, and processes, with a genuine passion for business and a strong network within the industry.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex business situations and leverage existing relationships to drive growth and revenue.
  • Ability to lead, plan, and manage extensive advertising budgets and campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital performance marketing and ad metrics.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
