Overview
A dynamic opportunity has arisen within the Electrification Business Area for a skilled Sales Specialist to join our Distribution Solutions division in ABB Chile. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the designated area.

About the Role
This Hybrid role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts to drive business growth and expansion
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
* 4+ years of experience in electrical equipment sales
* Strong knowledge of market analysis and financial statements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate effectively in English (intermediate level or higher) and fluently in Spanish
