Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our outdoor and fitness products division in Santiago, Chile. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales channels, including dealers, retailers, distributors, ecommerce, and B2B, to drive revenue growth and profitability in the local market.

Job Description

As Senior Sales Director, you will:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales, expand customer base, and optimize profitability.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and driving repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business outcomes.


Requirements

To succeed as Senior Sales Director, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sales management, preferably in the outdoor and fitness industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
