About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Integrated Campaigns Specialist to join our LATAM Spanish Integrated Marketing Team. This hybrid role combines strategic and technical aspects of Internal Communications with the hands-on, event-driven focus of field and campaign marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Communication:
    • Create and execute internal communication actions aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
    • Develop and distribute internal presentations, newsletters, and other types of communication to keep employees informed and motivated.
    • Organize and conduct internal events, All-Hands meetings, Townhalls, and webinars to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
    • Maintain, use, and leverage all internal communication channels.
  • Field / Campaigns Marketing:
    • Develop and localized Marketing Campaigns and high-value content.
    • Activate Digital Campaigns.
    • Support events when needed (trade shows, conferences, webinars).
    • Collaborate with sales to target and drive event attendance.
    • Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution when needed.
    • Execute 1 on 1 account activities.
    • Agency Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related.
  • 2-4 years in internal communications, field, partner marketing or related role.
  • Proven success in marketing campaigns and lead and pipeline generation.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS industry and sales processes.
  • Strong communications skills. Proven experience with Internal Communications.
  • Proficiency in Email Marketing and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Web and CMS.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Paid Social and Organic Social.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Graphic design skills.
  • Video production and editing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Small events organization, logistics and agency management.
