ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Regional Marketing Specialist for Lenovo's Commercial Products division, you will report directly to the Regional Marketing Director.
Your responsibilities will encompass all Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.
Your role will involve crafting and implementing marketing strategies that enhance lead generation, elevate brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and more.
You will act as a key partner and advocate for the sales teams within your region, playing a vital role in assisting them to achieve their objectives.
The ideal candidate is innovative, driven, strategic, and has a strong passion for B2B Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish a continuous partnership with regional sales leaders to grasp business requirements and sales tactics.
Design and implement regional marketing initiatives that align with business goals and priorities.
Create digital-first, always-on marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers, generating leads, and boosting brand awareness.
Identify potential growth areas and collaborate with sales teams to strategically develop new markets.
Work closely with both business and alliance partners to execute partner marketing campaigns.
Coordinate plans with Country Marketing Managers, seeking synergies across various countries.
Engage with Worldwide Commercial Marketing Business Units, serving as the representative to communicate the region's needs for global initiatives and campaigns.
Provide performance reports on regional marketing activities to senior stakeholders, showcasing the impact of marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, with a strong emphasis on executing integrated digital campaigns.
Proven experience in commercial and channel marketing, ideally within IT firms.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise/B2B/Channel marketing, with a solid background in content marketing.
Experience in marketing within Latin America is advantageous.
Strong logical and analytical skills combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
