Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key driver of integrated marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for executing campaigns that drive growth, expansion, customer retention, and brand recognition/awareness for our line of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end integrated multi-touch, multi-channel campaign execution for demand generation, upsell, and customer retention using marketing tools available and partnering closely with the brand marketing team.
  • Manage events strategy for the line of business, identifying and assisting in the execution of hosted and sponsored events in collaboration with the events team, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling, promoting upsell and customer retention.
  • Partner with your manager to track budgets, forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs executed.
  • Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the digital landscape and execute tactics and activations that help improve SEO for our line of business, partnering with brand marketing teams to launch digital campaigns.
  • Assist the team in integrating marketing functions from mergers and acquisitions as needed, as the business continues to grow.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Sovos Compliance's sales cycle and identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
  • Must demonstrate strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to target markets.
  • Basic knowledge/ability to proactively learn and utilize Marketo.
  • Communication skills in English.
